Hi, I have a question, I have MSI GS60 2QE 638CZ , i am using this SILENT OPTION Utility and i set advanced mode on CPU FAN and configure percentages the minimum possible fan speed is 2800 at every percent.. but when I configure 0 percent the fan speed is 0 RPM, Is any possibility to have circa 1500 - 2000 rpm when idle, at low CPU temperature?.
